Fun at Granny and Grandpa's house

Jordy, just like Callyn, loves Granny's ginger biscuits!

And Callyn also has a new cap - one that he will actually keep on his head!

Little Monkey, the Second!

Callyn came running to call us and told us Jordy was at the top of the stairs! We ran to check and sure enough she had crawled all the way to the top!

When we got to her we discovered half a mint Aero in her hand (and all over her face). Now I have banned junk food until she turns 1 so I was horrified! But then when we asked Callyn where she got it he told us that he had shared his chocolate with her. I just couldn't be angry because how many big brothers would share a chocolate with their baby sister!!!!! It was such a kind thing to do and we didnt want to hurt his feelings by taking it away! So she had her very first chocolate and enjoyed it tremendously!

Kleinemond

We spent a lovely day at Kleinemond on Saturday, with my Aunty Betty (my late mom's sister) and her two children, Sean and Bridget, and Bridget's family - Tony (husband) and their kids, Alexandra, Caitlin, Malachy and Isla. Sean was on holiday from New Zealand so it was great to catch up on loads of news! Here he is with Jordy at the lagoon.

Caitlin was such a little helper with Jordy. She played so nicely with her and Callyn just adores Caity as well! Callyn also had fun playing ball with Malachy.

The water was lovely and warm, unlike the sea water which was about 20 m away. There is a sand bank so the river is not running into the sea at the moment.

On our walk back from the lagoon, both babies fell asleep in their mommy's arms and then finished their little nap on the couch!
