Our precious Amber

Callyn loved lying with Amber on her spot in the kitchen...

.... and he sat with her when he needed a rest...

... and shared his food with her....

...and used her as a jungle gym!

It was a sad day today because we had to put Amber down. She was 13 years old, a good age for a Boxer, but she was battling to walk and had a stroke a while back. And 3 years ago today, Kimmi died, so we will remember our two doggies on the same day every year.

When Donovan came home from work, Callyn told him that Amber is with the donosaurs because dinosaurs are extinct!

We miss you Amber. Hope you are having fun with Kimmi, Kristy, Muffy, Butch and Biddy in Heaven.

Jordy decided to wear a little vest of Callyn's (now her dolly's) on her head! She is a strange one!!!

I never thought I'd see the day.......

I sometimes leave Jordy with Teresa when she is sleeping so that I can go to the gym or just do a bit shopping as it is easier with just one child! If she wakes up before I am home, she is quite happy to play with Teresa and when I got home the other day I almost fell over when I saw her on the back!!!! Terasa said Jordy kept telling her she was going to fall but once she was tied on and felt secure, she was very happy! I thought this sight was really funny!!!

I tried Jordy on Callyn's barney bike today and her feet touched the gound - yippeee!

She had such fun riding up and down and down the little slope. She steers really well.

Callyn rode his Harley (Y-bike) and look how fast he is going - note the hair!

One of the kids' favourite lunches is cucumber, cheese and viennas with T-sauce! Their other favourite is chicken and mayo toasted sarmies or when there is no chicken, cheese is also enjoyed!
