Jubi!

You are such a cutie pie, Jubi - full of energy and fun!

New Zealand!

I have made some collages about our trip but the pics are rather small so I'll put in a few bigger ones as I go along!

When we stopped over in Sydney the kids had loads of energy after flying for 13 hours so they jumped on the beds for ages! As soon as we got to Russ and Ruth's house, Callyn disappeared with his cousins and played with their special animals!

Cousin time!

Callyn enjoyed making the the hugesty tower out of duplo! Well actually Russ made it and I think Callyn bashed it down! Jubi enjoyed building her lego and Abby liked her diary. Jordy enjoyed her bath with Tye and Archer.

The playground

This is the playground near the Russ and Ruth's house! It is amazing with unusual equipment. The kids loved the Flying Fox - foofy slide! There are tiny stones all over which make a soft landing!

Day 1

We took a drive into town and parked near the skateboard track. There were no skaters so the kids played in the bowl and had so much fun! It looks like a giant swimming pool! Then we walked down to the lake and had coffee and hot chocolate at a little place on the water and next to a playground. Will post some bigger pics of the playgrounds soon as they are amazing!

A fun day!

We had a snack at a lovely pub at the Waterfront. The kids play all around us and even Donovan lay down on the grass with the kids! Joel and Archer combined their money to buy a Cars track / circuit that shoots the cars around the track! All the kids were fascinated!

A view from a hill!

Actually this is a view from a mountain! We took a detour home from town and stopped to admire the stunning view! There is just water all around, and mountains! Jordy had a little fall so Russ ran down the hill to fetch her - she loves her Uncle Russ!

Adam

Dear, sweet, Adam! I enjoyed our little chats, Adam!

Archer

Jordy misses you Archer - she had fun sitting next to you at the dinner table!

Butle

Our neighbour's nanny's grandaughter came to play the other day. Callyn and Butle had such fun together! Butle is a clever little girl and although she is only 3 she speaks English so well.

They are not normally allowed on the pool cover. They started by collecting water from the cover to make mud and they got further and further in until they were sopping wet!

Joseph painted the jungle gym with waxall so that it can soak in and dry before Callyn's party.

Aunty Pam and Aunty Alta's visit

The kids tired their aunties out 2 weekends ago -they swam, jumped, played and played and played!

The kids love pretending to cook and spend a lot of time slaving over the stove and oven!

Callyn insists on wearing my oven gloves as the food is very hot!

This is what Jordy looks like when she is sulking!
