When Jordy heard that Meggie was starting ballet, she wanted to start as well! So yesterday we enrolled her and bought the entire kit! She has the smallest of everything! In fact she is the smallest little girl there!
Well today she held Meggie's hand and walked up the stairs into the studio -never even looking back to say goodbye! After the half hour class she came out and was full of smiles! I never thought my little girl would do ballet but it's soooo sweet. There is a big concert at the end of the year at the Sand Theatre so grannies and grandpas and aunties and uncles, watch this space for the date as this is quite a big event!!!!!
We are soooo proud of our little ballerina!! I can clearly remember when Jordy's aunty Pam started ballet classes! Where have the years gone??? Classical ballet is very good for the physical development of little ones. (So said an orthopaedic specialist at the time) The most important, in my view, is the enjoyment of the activity. You go girl!!
